Every Digimon has minimum level to get next stage evoltion,
Champion Stage will open in level 11.
Ultimate Stage will open in level 25.
Mega Stage will open in level 41.
Burst Mode Stage will open in level 65 or 71.
To open the stage, sometimes it will automatic open if you got special egg like cash item “Agumon Egg 3/5 ultimate open”, it means your Agumon has ultimate stage. But if you got “”Agumon Egg 3/5 Champion open”. It means your digimon only can evolve into champion stage. You need Evolutor Item to unlock it.
To unlock Ultimate Stage you will need 2-4 Evolutor
To unlock Mega Stage you will need 6-8 Evolutor

Evolutor to unlock burst mode + Special Item like
Toy Gun (unlock beelzemon Blast mode)
